* Warning - This comment is full of sh*t - literally *

Talk about LS, I don't think we ever discuss what it stands for. I'll assume it stands for 'Lao Sai' which is diarrhoea in Hokkien. If that's too crude, we can call it 'Loose Stool' or 'Laxative Symdrome' or 'Lactose-Intolerant Symptoms'.

Anyway, I've to admit I was pretty prone to LS while working in NUS. There were times where we were taking turns to go to the loo way too frequently. We can blame it on the water or feng shui over there but I don't think so. My personal opinion will be diet! About a year back, I was on a roll in getting healthy. Not only did I start exercising, I also adopted a very strict but healthy diet. And guess what? I didn't have LS for that period of my life. *sorta miss it now* The only time I suffer from LS was when I drank too much milk. I'll attribute that to Lactose Intolerance.

Unfortunately, I've been pretty slack recently and I suffered from 'The Return of the LS' ever so frequently.
Let's all pull up our socks and let's be healthy!
