Caught the show yesterday (my birthday :D ) night, mainly cos my wife kept asking me what I wanted to do on for bday (we were both on leave) and I couldn;t think of anything I really wanted to do.
Ok, anyway back to the show, I've had the book for like a gazillion years but never got around to finishing it. I stopped roughly around the part where the president steals the heart of gold.
The show was funny (to me at least) with the typical british wit but I found it kinda...compressed, for lack of a better word. It almost feels like the script was too long and they cut stuff out at random... or maybe I'm just getting slow.
I think I'll go finish reading the book so I know whats happening.
All in all, 3 out of 5 stars just for the laughs.
